Emergency swtich reboot 09-Jan-2009 03:00

We have to perform an emergency reboot of one of our core switches early tomorrow morning. The switch will be rebooted at aproximately 03:00 (Central US time) on 09-Jan-2009. We expect that there will be only a few minutes outage (at most) as the switch reboots.

All servers are back on-line and functioning properly.

Hi – Have you got all the servers back online? I have a website hosted with you via one of your customers and it still seems to be out. It is 10.07 GMT here so I’d have assumed it would be back running by now.

The maintenance is taking a bit longer than expected. I don’t have an ETA yet from the network team but I’ll make sure that updates are posted.

Hi.. all of our customer sites are down. any expected time to be up and running the server? Its working hours for us in India.

I still (unfortunately) do not have an ETA for when things will be back. The network team is working on the problem. I will update the post as soon as I have more information.
