Here are the MailFoundry statistics for August 2007. We broke two records in August. We handled our largest volume of mail ever while having the lowest percent of allowed email.

  • Total Messages: 806,260
  • Allowed Messages: 114,666 (14.22%)
  • Blocked Messages: 691,594 (85.77%)

A quick breakdown of why messages were blocked:

  • RBL 505,763 (62.73%)
  • Spam 144,250 (17.89%)
  • RFC 27,190 (3.37%)
  • RP DNS 8,153 (1.01%)
  • RP Sanity 4,357 (0.54%)
  • Virus 1,824 (0.23%)
