Site Builder software upgraded

We have upgraded our site builder software the to latest release. The following fixes / enhancements have been added.
- Fixed problem where the page tree would not show scroll bars with Firefox 3.
- Fixed issue with attachments referring to the wrong URL for add-on domains.
- Added continue shopping to Google Checkout to return to page with cart.
- Fixed IE6/7 problem where cursor disappears sometimes when at the end of a line with a blank.
- Improved management of non-breaking space for better text flow.
